Waiting Time Policy (All Airports: EWR, JFK, LGA, MMU, TEB)
Sedan: After the plane has landed a FREE of 1 hour 30 minutes waiting time will be given. After first hour has elapsed, a waiting time fee of $35.00 will be charged for every 30 mins.
Stretch Van: The first 1 hour and 30 minutes for both domestic and international flights is FREE of waiting time charge. A fee of $65.00 will be charged for every 30 mins. after the first 1 hour 30 minutes has elapsed.
Cancellation Policy
Sedan (including Airports):
Cancellations of Sedan made at least three (3) hours before the schedule time of pick up will not be charged any penalties. However, if you make cancellation less than (3) hours you will need to pay the full price minus the fuel surcharges and toll fees.
Stretch and Van (Airports only):
Cancellations of Van or Stretch reservations made at least 24 hours ahead will not merit any penalties. However, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours you will be charged full price minus the fuel surcharges and toll fees.
Limousine Rentals
Van rental and Stretch limousine rental require at least a 72-hour advance notice to cancel. No Call and No-Show Policy (For All Services)
If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the time of your pick-up schedule, feel free to contact us at 732-346-1600 and let us help you locate your driver or chauffeur for you.
IMPORTANT
If the client leaves the pick-up point without him/her informing our dispatch office, he/she will be charged full price including toll fees and fuel charges. There will be no exceptions.
Wedding, Birthday, Prom, Special Occasion Transportation Service:
For all wedding and prom events in New Jersey & New York, there is a required 33% security deposit, which can be refunded up to 30 days before the event. After this period, the deposit will no longer be refundable. If you cancel your reservation 2 days or 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you will need to pay 17% of the total rental charge. If you cancel 24 hours before the pick-up, a 67% additional pay based on the total price will be charged.
Drug Policy:
Beware! Possession, use, and sale of illegal drugs and any types of narcotic drugs are strictly prohibited. Once this policy is violated, it will result to immediate cancellation or termination of contract and services and loss of all paid rental fees.
All passengers must behave in an orderly manner. It is the responsibility of the renter to account for any damage done to the equipment and interior of the rented vehicle.
These include but are not limited to the following: breakage of drink glasses and decanters, champagne, spillage of wine and alcohol, gum, vomiting, lights, and entertainment systems like a CD player, television, radio, and video cassette recorder. A minimum charge of $150 will be charged for the repair or replacement of broken or damaged items.
If any passenger or guest violates any of these conditions, we at Affordable Limousine Service reserve the right to expel him/her from the rented vehicle or terminate the contract. In case of such early termination of the contract, you will not get any refunds of your deposits and rental fees.
Though clients are allowed to bring their own personal items like compact disks, video tapes, and other gadgets, Affordable Limousine is not responsible for any personal items that are left during or after the rental period. Moreover, we are not responsible for any uncontrollable situations like late arrival due to unexpected breakdowns, traffic jams and delays, wrong pick-up and drop-off information, and other acts of nature.
Quoted rates for vehicles are based on availability upon the time of booking and may change without prior notice. Clients are required to make a nonrefundable 25% deposit of the total rental fee at booking time. The remaining fee must be paid at the time of the service.
Affordable Limo & Car Service keeps the right to substitute vehicles at its own discretion.
Airport pick-up Policy
Due to Airports over crowding and Limited parking spaces we Recommend that all Pick up from All Airports will be FREE at curbside unless otherwise instructed by customers for an additional $35 inside pick up Fee +parking fee
Please have your cell phone turned on when you land at the airport instructions from Your Chauffeur/Driver will COORDINATE a specific location to meet you and will be sending you a Text message when you Arrived With instructions where you will be meeting him
There is a 1 hour and 30 FREE waiting time grace period on all incoming flights.Once your flight arrived After grace period expires additional waiting time charges may be applied waiting time fee accordingly so chauffeur can be compensated for their time waiting time sedans $35/an hr Suvs $65 an hour
Flights that are delayed and arriving after 12am midnight will incurred a premium late night fee of $25 extra
Baby car seats/Booster seats are available at $15 per seat

I UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT FOR LIMO RENTALS & Car Service: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at the time of booking for credit card user (cash-paying customers not required) Any subsequent payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. The full balance is due at the pickup location in cash and credit card. Overtime must be paid in advance in cash only…Payment is to be paid to the driver upon arrival unless you have provided full payment in advance. If your trip is canceled within 5 days of the contract date or your trip is considered a “No Show”, you are responsible for the full balance. In the case of a wedding, OR PROM a cancellation within 30 days of the trip will be subject to payment of the full balance. The contractee is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or persons they allow into a contracted vehicle. If you spill any kind of fluid, food, or vomit in the vehicle, you will be charged a sanitation fee of $250.00 Broken or missing glasses will be charged a fee of $15.00 per glass. Smoking and Drugs are prohibited in any company-owned vehicle. In the event of a vehicle being taken out of service or breaking down, we reserve the right to make a comparable substitution. All Passengers must be 21 years or older for alcohol to be allowed into any vehicle We provide you with ice, bottled water, glasses, and napkins for your convenience. Failure to comply with all the terms and conditions of this contract shall result in forfeiture of payment and automatic termination of your ride.
